I am new to NASCAR to bear with me. I know the lug nuts are glued on the rim, but how are they put on so when the wheel is put on the car the lug nuts are not pushed off by the studs?
The wheel studs on a Cup car aren't the same as what you'd find on a street car. Instead of a flat end, the wheels studs have a rounded nipple about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long. The nipple helps guide and hold the lug on when the wheel is changed.
yeas, i am also quite new to NASCAR but watching it on live telecast is really exciting for me i hope i can watch it for real. why is it important not to infalte the tires too much?_____________New Autopartswarehouse blog
