Hobby stock setup help

I could use some help with my hobby stock.  I am a new dirt track racer with not much leagle experience.  i have drove my fathers super and street stocks before but i finally have my own car.  I was wondering if someone could help me with tire pressures vs. wet to dry slick tracks and also let me know what wheels to use for different track conditions also any other information would be greatly appretiated thanks....
