Can an old stock car fan or official remember the names of flagmen (starters) and promoters and the tracks they served, from the old days, 1940, 1950, 1960, in Kentucky and West Virginia. John Potts from Lousville replied and gave me a few names for Kentucky. I could use a few more, but now I need the names of promoters and flagmen and their tracks from West virginia
