How to get into racing team (NASCAR, racing in general...)???

Hello
I have recently left High School and have started a 2 year course at a college in vALENCIA, Spain.
I am really intrested in starting in a race team A.S.A.P... when i finish this course I intend to gather work experience by working in a standard garge.
I am english but have lived in spain for the last 6 years.. will i have trouble hçgetting a work VISA?... will i have trouble getting work because I live in europe??... what should i ***
