Ever Use TicketBust for Speeding Tickets?

For people in California who haven't used TicketBust, you have to read this.

A buddy of mine drives a Lexus LE (not quite a stock car, but nonetheless FAST) and was pulled over going 130mph. He thought for sure he'd be sent to jail.
