Can an old stock car fan or official remember the names of flagmen (starters) and promoters and the tracks they served, from the old days, 1940, 1950, 1960, in Kentucky and West Virginia.  I need the names and tracks to use in my new book.  I have all the other states covered.  If you can respond here or email me at buddymewbourne@aol,com.  Thanks
