Need Some Help New Ideas

So im from a small town starting to get into racing down here at the local track and im planning on building a four cylinder. Basically everyone runs a late model mustang 85-87. our rules and specifications say i can also run a few choice chevys and others and i want to make a chevy work. i want to run a chevy beretta im going to need some help. im not sure what year may be rear wheel drive done some research but seem to be a dead end if possible to change over how???? money no option want it done right not cheap and insufficiant. if you could help please let me know
