since there are roof flaps just in front of the rear window opening.. how about popping one open.. putting in a few layers of duct tape under one corner to open the flap about 1/8 or 1/16 of an inch.. that would pull the air from the back of the drivers compartment and keep it circulating.. and should not really effect much of anything in the way of aerodynamics..
if you don't like a lift with a little duct tape.. bend an ear down on the door.. so it stays up just slightly..
