Any REAL Stock car racing for my STOCK vehicle?

Hello everyone.
I've been looking for the longest time and when I try to look for stock car racing, I keep getting NASCAR junk, which is not stock car racing, so I do not know why people think it is or call it that.

Is there a place for real stock car racing with a plain old stock vehicle off the road that I can go to an oval track about the size of a NASCAR track and compete against other people with real stock production vehicles off the road?

That consists of 4, 6, 8 cylinder classes?


What ever happen to REAL stock car racing?!
Why did they go to the junk they have today?
If I want to watch real race cars, I'll go watch INDY, Forget NASCAR.
